“The room was clean and comfortable. It was pet-friendly and convenient enough for a trip to Morehead where everything was sold out (about a 35 min drive). Be prepared, though, the walls and ceiling seem SUPER thin so you can hear everything - meaning when my upstairs neighbors got up at 7am on Sunday...so did I. But in contrast, Thursday night was super quiet. ”

“Denny was a wonderful host! I stayed on the third floor in the Derby Room. It was perfectly charming! Everthing I needed for a solo one night getaway. Perfectly located to enjoy a leisurely walk around downtdown Maysville. Fantastic eateries and pubs just footsteps away from the front door. Denny was very knowledgeable about the local fare and offered many suggestions.The next time I need to take a step back in time and enjoy the company of the lovely people of Maysville, I will definitely book……

“The largest beautiful the view is beautiful. The rents were very clean and the breakfast was hot and had a good variety. The food was good. We had a lovely stay.”

“Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Water leaked all over bathroom floor from shower. The main door to the room looked like someone tried to kick it in. Thankfully it wasn’t winter. It had a huge gap in the bottom of the door. Was told someone would be there the next day to fix it but no one ever came. Tv didn’t work at first but managed to fix that ourselves. Their own phones in the room didn’t even work. Was looking forward to taking the grandkids to the pool, guess what, it didn’t work!!! ……
