“The hotel is quite old. Probably one of the original hotels in Moncton. Despite it being quite old, the rooms are updated with modern furnishings. Although the rooms are updated, the A/C's are still original to the building and don't work well and will likely have problems with them.”

“We reserved a king bed and they gave us 2 queens. When we got into the room the window was open, the screen/frame was broken and the hand crank didnt work to close the window. Had to pull it shut by hand and latch it. We checked in around 1030pm and when went to shower noticed that the tub didnt have a curtain or a plug. The drain was full of hair. When opened the fridge to put stuff in, there was dirty dish in the fridge.

“Room and hotel were clean, the staff offered an excellent service, all ameneties worked well and were easily accessible. The pool was well maintened (sad that they removed the spa). The only downside was the breakfast (was a bit cold, not as fresh as we hoped). Overall, we loved our stay at this hotel. Would highly recommand.”

“This hotel puts the friendly in dog friendly! My dog Jojo was warmly welcomed with treats and a branded portable drinking bowl. As for the humans, we enjoyed our spacious room and the included breakfast was very good. A small issue with a non-functioning toilet in our room that hopefully will be fixed for the next guest. All in all, a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a nice location with a trail along the river for walkers and runners.”
