The gentleman who checked us in barely spoke above a whisper, and the woman who checked us out was fine. The elevator was making some very odd and loud noises, which was a bit concerning, and the sliding door on the shower was broken, so it refused to stay even a little close, which got water all over the floor. "Very basic, old-fashioned motel. Room was clean and a decent size, though the toilet/shower room was tiny, and came with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The room was not cleaned during our 3-night stay but towels were changed and coffee, soap etc replenished daily. This place gets a 4-star rating from me for the combination of the view from its rooms and the excellent location- in the lovely little town of Alma, just outside Fundy National Park and 30 minutes drive from Hopewell Rocks...
