I like everything. Small and handsome hotel. Absolutely cozy. Sometimes staff did not understand English or Russian language. Asking for juice - giving a tea. But finally it’s okay.

Lots of issues with the room with numerous things broken including the air conditioning. The hotel was already aware of this. As we found a card on the door with all the faults on and they put us in the room anyway. They were not great at getting things resolved would not stay again.

"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as a family The rooms were lovely and the hotel is in a great convenient location lots of shops and restaurants just out side of hotel. The start weren’t as helpful or friendly and they knew very little English."
