"The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury"...

"It was a wonderful choice to rent that property. We are group of four travelled to the Bahamas first time. We rented the car and that condo on Yorkshire street. The location is great. Few beaches are nearby, 5-15 min drive. It is near downtown but not so noisy and crowded. The condo is clean, has everything we needed. The owner gave helpful instructions before we arrived. "

"Elvira’s condo is perfect for a trip to the Bahamas! It is very spacious, quiet at night, very clean and comfortable, and the grounds are excellent. The private beach is awesome with virtually no other people, and the swimming there is awesome. Be sure to grab a bite at the Pink Octopus on-site restaurant. "We returned just a couple weeks ago. Everything was just as told. Monique picked us up at the airport, making the transfer extremely easy. She even stopped us off at grocery and liquor store. Location was perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to Bahamar in one direction and grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks in the other direction. Felt very safe with 24-hour security that can help arrange taxis. All contact with property manager was quick and very helpful."

She answered all questions we had, provided great recommendations (including airport transportation) and checked in on us during our stay. "The pictures don’t do this condo justice. It looks a lot bigger when you walk in and the views of the ocean are unbelievable. We are a family of six kids ranging from 21-25 and everyone was comfortable with the arrangements. Estell is fantastic and incredibly helpful in every way. It’s very convenient to have Violas steps away. It’s an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Atlantis. It was also very easy to get a cab to go into Nassau. Would definitely rent again."

"This property was perfect for our recent vacation! Winnie and team did a great job of accommodating our group, even providing a charcuterie board on our arrival day! Fridge was stocked with beer and sodas, and Winnie was able to even perform a shopping task for us one day for very reasonable price! The front desk team was also great at this location, providing local recommendations and having cabs ready for us when requested. "We could not have chosen a better spot for our weeks vacation to celebrate a big milestone. The pictures do not show how spacious the home is. We were very comfortable, love the large leather sofa and both bed were great to sleep on. We cooked twice and found everything we needed. The location is perfect with many mornings spent on the veranda, having our coffee and watching and listening to the waves. The most beautiful pictures were taking in the evening with our wine as we watch the sun go...
