The property is suitable for the price. The room was petite but nice. We had a bathroom in our room. It was cute and better then I expected. Neighborhood is a little sketchy. Though we were only there for one night.

When we first got there the area looked sketchy and we didn’t get a text with the codes to get into the building and room. We had to call to get in which they did respond right away and was able to get in. However, there was a couple arguing for hours and could hear everything. It was noisy and barely got any sleep.

This is my second time staying and I love the room and how clean it is. Unfortunately they don’t have control of the people that trash the streets, but I do recommend that you experience it you self! I love it 😍

I had such a wonderful stay at La calma.very very clean and they communicated well if I needed anything. And a very great area if you enjoy the nightlife; and walking distance to everything we needed! Will definitely stay again.

if you have a balcony the outside is really noisy. there is no staff there you have to text but overall comfortable stay.

Very dangerous area. Didn’t even make it inside the apartment. Drove around for 10 mins looking for a parking spot that we never did find and saw enough to book a new hotel in a safe area for the night.

After explaining to the property management about my health condition, I was still placed on the 4th floor with no handicap accessibly. This property was across the street from 2 high rise buildings that were not well kept. It’s not near those colorful homes and was just an unsafe environment.

There were people doing drugs in the front of the property. I had to go a day without toilet paper, The room had bugs & it was dirty.

To be completely honest this is located right back in the middle of what seems to be the slums, BUT keep in mind it’s surrounded by local bars and restaurants. Such a fun place, all you have to do is walk outside and you’re at the party. The locals are extremely friendly as well. You’ll only see someone cleaning the hallways in the morning but that’s about it.

Hi Kaleb You reserved a room with a shared bathroom as clearly stated in the room description, title and in your reservation.I would like to know how was this terrible? When we ware always clear with what you reserved and you choose the shared bathroom, room.

One night stay was great! The room was very cozy and clean. I traveled solo so my stay wasn’t long. I was a little sketchy of the area so be sure to watch your surroundings. Everything else was nice.

It is nice and quiet Monday to Friday Weekend a little noise and very dificult to find parking space on the street…. The room be nicer if it have a small desk to hang the wet towel after use….(sugestión) Also not every morning was fresh coffee….

The property itself was clean and felt safe and secure. However, there are motorcycles revving their engines until 3 or 4 in the morning and racing up and down the street.

I received a txt from owner with the pin of entrance & my room code. It was very easy and understandable what you need to do. The room was a beauty, it was cozy and clean. The bathroom had black darkspots on the ceiling like on the corner idk what it was not sure if mold but other than that it was clean. The aesthetics was a vibe. Now I think the rooms should be less of price because my room neighbors were super loud all night up until 4-5ish and my other neighbor from another room came out and yelled: shut the f**k up is 4am. It was super loud and noisy in there and thats why it should be less cause it sounded like a motel type of noisy. Thats the only thing I would say negative about it and side note you cant smoke in the room which thats perfect but it should be allowed in the first floor not outside, That corner there’s alot of movement and it could be dangerous for tourists.

We showed up and found out there was no shampoo. We called them and they said they would see what they could do. Not only did they not bring any, we never received any all week! We had to buy stuff for the hotel. You should never have to buy stuff for your hotel! Also they have no refrigerator. Hope you don't have perishables. Housekeeping never came through the whole time. We ran out of toilet paper. Just very bad service. People were partying in the hallway until 5am when a few of us had to yell at them to stop. But there's no one there to stop them so why would they? Bring a coffee machine too. They don't provide anything

This property don’t leave soap toothpaste only gave 1 wash rag and it was dope heads asking for money outside the hotel the shower door was gone so water was all over the floor I don’t recommend unless you just don’t care
