“Had a great stay here. I’m big on cleanliness and this property was very clean. Perfect location!! Had everything we needed.”

“Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Worst Experience at Fourth of July”

“Loved our stay! Super clean, everything you need is there! Next level communication!”

“Overall the unit was great. Adequate space for 5 adults. The kitchen did not have hot pads, a pizza cutter or scissors. There were some baking sheets, but hot pads are necessary when using the stove. I would highly recommend adding these to the unit! The toaster also had a wire sticking out the top which was a safety issue. The only other thing we noticed was a rotted soft spot on the deck in the way to the pool/hot tub. We just put a chair over that spot so nobody would step on it. If these...

“Room was clean but I wouldn’t say spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Beach access was super convenient. Everything you need within walking distance. Balcony is on the back side of the building but still a wonderful view & experience. There were ice chests, a beach blanket & umbrella in the closet for use as well! Super easy check in!”

“My husband and I recently stayed here for a week without our kids. It was perfect. Cozy and laid back but walkable to the beach and good restaurants and bars.”

“Was a great place will stay agin. Ashley was wonderful to work with . Close to beach and not so crowded is what I like”

“Overall our stay at this condo was really good. The location is nice with an easy walk to the beach. We do enjoy sitting on the balcony and people watching or seeing the ocean, and at this condo the palm trees blocked much of our view. However, it was clean and check in/out was easy. We also enjoy cooking to save some money, so having some BBQ utensils would have come in handy. Overall, this is the best condo that we have stayed at since starting our trips to Gulf Place!”

“Loved the location and the view!”

“Nice location nice amenities”

“Beautiful view of the beach, very clean and nicely decorated. Quick access to the beach, restaurants and souvenirs. Also, texting with the management team was very helpful for quick questions, and once when the elevator wasn’t working, which was quickly resolved. We felt very comfortable and safe.”

“We loved the location because it was close to our family who is staying at the sanctuary of the red fish and also the beach tram was very convenient”
