Convenient location, so close to both the State Park (Topsail) and Hwy 98 for eating & shopping other than 30A [ which is a treasure of its own ] . The inn is far enough from the road it seems cozier as a result and truly is largely soundproof. I know this as my 3rd floor room was directly above the temporary canopy of a wedding party on Sat evening and I barely heard a thing. Everything inside the room was neat and in order with many kitchen necessities available and a hot shower with great water pressure. A swimming pool was available as was wi-fi and smart TV you could log in to your streaming accounts on if you chose. The furnishings from fixtures to decor were of a sleek modern feel but not over the top so as to be aesthetically pleasing to a broad range of folks. Lighting choices were varied for any level of brightness with a medium/large sized window that overlooked the pool - all rooms in the building I stayed in did face the pool and palms of the front grounds rather than another building or parking area. Parking was available even on wedding night . My only con was as an allergy sufferer there were plug ins and deodorizers that had to be removed from the room. There was no harsh cleaning chemical odor , the air freshners weren't too overpowering and the provided soaps and shampoos were pleasantly scented moderately so. Above all was the attentiveness of the staff/office, they were on top of any and all questions or request even providing coffee and tea in room.

I loved my several days at 30-A Inn & Suites. It is located on the famous 30-A Beach road by the beautiful Beaches of South Walton County, Florida. The hotel is run like an Air B&B or Vrbo. No front desk. All is handled through texts. The day before you arrive, fill out a short form and supply a CC for incidentals (you will not be charged unless you cause damage). Check-in instructions and directions are provided with a code to enter the room. There is cleaning and staff available upon request if needed. The management texted to ask how I was doing and offered to help with anything. I felt well attended to. The hotel is across from Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, very near beaches, eateries, shops, Etc. Silver Sands Outlet Mall is a short drive away. There are lots of things to do. Seaside Village, where The Truman Show (starring Jim Carrey) is nearby as well as lots of other Beach Communities, a highly touristy area. The grounds and my room were well maintained, nicely decorated, and furnished with more than I needed. My room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. A wedding was held at the chapel next door during my stay, but there was no issue with noise or parking. There are both stairs and an elevator for those staying on the 2nd or 3rd floors. An ice machine is on the bottom floor by the elevator. Highly recommended.

Great Hotel

This is a great hotel lots of room very aesthetically pleasing. Has washer and dryer. It’s a nice place. Only downside is it’s really not in comfortable walking distance of shopping or the beach but it’s worth it to drive. There’s not really a front office but they make up for it and provide most of what you need with a great message system and friendly staff.

They must get new bath towels. It’s a blind spot with the ownership. All else is great but this very simple shortcoming is an important one. Put obtuse on the shelf and just invest in the towels. You’re better than that. You have a great Inn on 30A Just act like you’ve been there before . Easy

Experience was awful.

Tried to check in @ 3:45, people were still in the room. Came back at 8:00pm, door alarm was going off. Changed rooms. At 2:53, I heard dripping, AC unit covered the floor with water. Sent you pics. Tried to take a shower, shower handle to turn on water was broken. Put me in my third room. Overall, one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my travels.
