The location couldn’t be better, we watched dolphins swim by from our balcony on multiple mornings, and the cottage was comfortable and well-equipped. We made use of the bikes to get to Grayton Beach and Seagrove, otherwise we could walk everywhere within Seaside. The cottage was clean and perfect size for 2\. Some furniture was a little dated, but everything was functional and comfortable. Communication with The Homeowner’s Collection was easy and friendly. They were able to accommodate an early check in which was greatly appreciated. They kept in touch throughout the week for any needs/questions. My daughter and I shared the king bed and my son slept on the pull out sofa. Easy access to the beach and Seaside town. Super convenient and walkable to Watercolor as well. Jun 22, 2025 #### Honeymoon Vacation Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was nice and clean! Staff was also very friendly and helpful. We have never been here before and we did have a little bit of a hard time finding the house at first- if we had had a map of the rentals before our arrival, it would’ve been amazing! Management was challenging We absolutely love staying in the honeymoon cottages. It was so well kept and beautiful. We were disappointed in working with the association. We needed to cancel the first night of our four day trip and unfortunately, they would not refund that night even though it was more than 40 days in advance. Also, we had hoped to leave one hour late because of a late flight and they would not allow that either because they needed time to clean which seemed a bit much since it is a 6 hour window for a tiny place.
