Falha no serviço de quarto. Éramos 3 hóspedes, mas, na segunda noite, havia apenas 2 toalhas de banho. Solicitei uma toalha e condicionador, pelo ramal da recepção. Passados 30 minutos, o pedido não havia sido atendido. Liguei novamente e o próprio funcionário, surpreso, exclamou “meu Deus!”. E disse que providenciaria imediatamente. Resolvi tomar banho e me enxuguei com a toalha de rosto. Daí a alguns minutos, finalmente, a toalha e o condicionador foram entregues, mas sem nenhum pedido de desculpas.

We were attending a local wedding in Cotia about 30 minutes away from this property. We spent 2 nights here. We rented the Loft room that was about $500 per night. Our overall stay was good. We were traveling with our 5 and 6 year olds. They enjoyed the hotel as there was a lot for them to do. The food was good and a wide variety of options at the buffet. There was only one restaurant option and it was a buffet for every meal. I did expect more from this hotel overall given they have a 5 star rating and the high cost to stay here. They missed all the little details that you’d normally expect from this class of hotel. A perfect example of this was we didn’t rent a call and we were staying in the loft rooms which are a good 10 minute hilly walk to the lobby, we were reminding a few times at check in that we had to walk it every Time because there was no transportation.

Great hotel , but poor food
The space , the cleanest , the swimming pool , the tennis court , the lake area , everything is top . But the hotel sell as a gastronomic one , and its not . There is no place near to go to have any kind of food , because of it you must take de lunch , the dinner and the breakfest there . The price , the local and the structure do not match with the food . If they improve it Villa Rossa will became a excelent choise to stay a week

Hotel mediano, deixou a desejar.
Pontos negativos: SAUNA: No dia anterior ao nosso check in o hotel nos avisou que a sauna estaria fechada pela pandemia, apesar disto o SPA (serviço cobrado à parte) estaria funcionando. Em outros hotéis marca-se um horário para utilizar a sauna, desta forma, cada quarto pode, de maneira privada, utiliza-la durante 45 minutos entre uma higienização e outra do espaço. BAGAGENS: O serviço de levar as bagagens até o quarto não estava disponível, desta forma, paramos o carro na frente do corredor que dava acesso aos quartos, descarregamos as malas e pegamos o elevador até o 3o andar pois não existe elevador para o 4o andar. Carregamos nossas bagagens sozinhos. RESTAURANTE: *O café (de máquina/coador) é cortesia somente no café da manhã e no chá da tarde. Para beber um café fora deste horário, o valor de um nespresso é R$8 e o chá(de saquinho) R$10. *Não havia água disponível nas refeições, nem do filtro, exceto no café da manhã e chá da tarde. Fiquei com a impressão de que o hotel queria cobrar cada centavo do cliente. A água bioleve 300ml custa R$7. *As sobremesas são bonitas e decepcionantes, com excessão do quindim e do pudim. *Encontrei ÁGUA mineral disponível em 2 lugares do hotel, longe do restaurante. *Taxa de rolha: R$60. Pontos positivos: Pão de queijo sensacional, comidas boas em geral, funcionários bem treinados, piscinas aquecidas limpas e com manutenção em dia, espaço verde, horta e estufa muito bem cuidados, cortes de carne de qualidade e bem preparados.

Nice weekend getaway from São Paulo
We (family of four) stayed in a loft. We had our own small cottage with private pool. It is winter in Brasil, so we did not use the pool. Instead we enjoyed the fireplace in the room. There was enough wood to last the whole night. Great on a cool night. This resort is all inclusive with all meals included. Unfortunately, the selection and quality of food was not meeting our expectations, given the high cost (~$600 for one night). There are many activities on the grounds (billiards tables, Ping pong, jogging trail, zip line, gym, indoor pool, etc. ). Overall, a nice weekend getaway from São Paulo with a family.

Hotel muito limpo e organizado com excelente estrutura. Mesmo estando com 100% de ocupação os espaços não ficam cheios de gente. Equipe de monitoria muito carinhosa com as crianças. Comida excelente e de qualidade. Fiquei de sexta feira a segunda. Só achei que durante a semana a variedade de comidas cai um pouco quando comparado aos finais de semana.

Apesar do hotel ter 31 anos, não aparenta por ser muito bem conservado e limpo. Conservação extremamente bem feita das áreas livres. Muita opção de esportes e distrações, Piscinas com água limpíssima, bem como no Spa. Por ser pensão completa, foi uma grata surpresa tudo: desde o café da manhã, almoço e jantar. Tem também um lanche da tarde. Tudo maravilhoso!! Único senão, foi que reservei e paguei por um tipo de quarto e me colocaram em outro, alegando que minha reserva foi feita 1 dia antes! Ora, nada justifica pois o quarto estava disponível para a reserva, tanto que foi aceita.

Sempre Muito bom!
Villa Rossa sempre excelente opção para final de semana, muito próximo a São Paulo, a propriedade passou por um up de estrutura no ultimo ano com sua área de piscinas com toboagua, a recreação infantil sempre cativa nossa filha, hoje com 7 anos adora(brincadeiras, tirolesa), fora o belo lago com pedalinho, caiaque). Lazer adulto com areas de esporte, frequentemente musica ao vivo na noite de sabado.Alimentação possuiu boa variedade e qualidade satisfatória, unico ponto que sempre causa um certo desconforto, é o fato de uma diaria deste nivel não incluir bebidas não alcoolicas no almoço e jantar, apenas no café da manhã e lanche da tarde. Para quem tem tempo apenas para ir ao sábado, apesar do check-In as 16h, pode-se tranquilamente utilizar as dependências do hotel antes deste período, apenas pagara seu consumo, transformando uma diaria em um completo final de semana de lazer.
