In the hamlet Polava 6 km from the centre of Savogna, 18 km from the centre of Cividale, 10 km from the centre of Kobarid (Slovenia), on a slope, 82 km from the sea. Private: garden with trees. Patio, garden furniture, parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 6 km, bus stop 800 m, railway station "Cividale" 18 km, sandy beach "Grado" 82 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.
2-room house 42 m2 on 3 levels. Renovated, practical and cosy furnishings: kitchen-/living room (Gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave) with radio and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. On the lower ground floor: with bath/bidet/WC. Exit to the garden. Upper floor: 1 open double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. Heating. Small balcony terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smoking house. Private entrance. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site.
