Room had a very musty smell the minute we walked in, it did not clear during our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful although it appeared one staff member was monitoring the breakfast buffet, the front desk and helping with the laundry.

It was a nice facility easy to find

We checked in went to our room and the door would not shut properly and would not lock. We were given another room and the air conditioning unit was excessively noisy like the unit was frozen. We had storms in the area and the power went out and stayed out for over 4 hours. Definitely not our favorite stay and was disappointed this was a VIP suggested stay.

This is the older of the two major properties at the convention center and the better one for a family. The front desk staff was outstanding and really made a difference in the stay. It is a waterpark and there are safety rules, but they make sense. The only drawback was the restaurant was closed for renovations during my stay. But they did have Lean Cuisine and a microwave so you did not have to rely on Uber eats for a quick snack.
