The disappointment was we were there 3 days for a local hospital medical treatment and had to wait for clearance call by 12:30 that we did not need to stay longer. Checkout was at 11am so we asked for a 12:30 checkout on a Thursday just 1 1/2 hr delay and were told no. “It was very welcoming with little notes and supplies. Also, the entire home was extremely clean. The only thing that caused a problem was that it was listed as having air conditioning and it didn’t. The owner said it had already been removed. That was unfortunate because it was difficult to sleep in a warm space. ”
