“Nice stay”

“We will be coming back next year! We loved everything about this place! Stayed cool during the day (80 degrees outside) and we even had to turn the heat on for the little ones during the night which worked wonderfully. Instructions were very clear and helpful. Great place to stay location wise: beautiful view to sip coffee in the morning. A coffee shop next door along with an ice cream shop, brewery, and souvenir shop across the street with so many goodies. We had a big rain storm come in and……

“I cannot be happier with our stay. We got in late and I was nervous that it would be too dark to find our tent but the property is very user friendly. The pathways were lit and absolutely beautiful especially at night. The host thought of EVERYTHING - I can’t rave about that enough. There was a Kuerig filled with water in our tent, which I appreciated because I was most excited for coffee on the porch with that amazing view. The bed was SO comfortable, we slept like babies. “We had a great time exploring the coves on Douglas Lake in the canoe and paddle board. The lake water was clean and warm. Adrian was a great host. He was quick to respond to any issue that arose. The large fans were helpful to give us relief from the July humidity. The nearest grocery store is about 20 minutes away, which isn’t too bad. This was a perfect place to stop for a few nights on our way to the Smokies. Thanks Adrian!”

“Location was beautiful and very clean. Host checked on us several times and are helpful and friendly. The drive to location is rugged. 4WD recommended. Bathroom is 25 mins away just fyi. WiFi was non existent but we didn’t mind. There is a dusk to dawn light that shines in your tent no matter where you put the tent but it was great for cooking and hanging out. No issues with critters either. They also have a nice grill available if you bring the propane. Overall, it was a nice trip! ”
