need to breakfast

Clean and staff was amazing

The room absolutely reeked of mold, with visible mold all over the door. It was nothing like what was advertised. There was no balcony or in-unit washer and dryer, despite both being listed amenities. The advertised “full-size kitchen” was actually a kitchenette with a dorm-style stove. The dishwasher was barely attached and falling out from underneath the sink, and the bathtub jets did not work. The back window opened into a covered alleyway filled with air-conditioning units, making it impossible to get fresh air into the room to help with the overwhelming mold smell. The front door faced the stairwell leading to the pool, leaving virtually no natural light. The property also advertises a playground, but there is no playground on-site. When I asked staff to move us to another room, I was told they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate us, leaving us stuck in unacceptable conditions. Overall, this was an awful experience and a complete waste of my time and money. The property was misrepresented, poorly maintained, and missing advertised amenities. Having traveled to this area more times than I can count, I can honestly say this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had there. I would absolutely not recommend this property.
