Good stopover
Great place for a stopover. Buffet breakfast was varied and good. We hadn’t realised that the hotel is in the low emission zone and fines are possible if you don’t have a sticker in advance (obv not the hotel’s fault)

It is a good hotel, great services. The only inconvenient is the bed which wasn't a queen neither king bed but two single put together which was really uncomfortable.

Great stopover
Great place to stop on our way to the ferry at Ijmuiden. Hotel is centrally located, with free parking. Staff friendly. Lovely breakfast. We’ve stayed here before and would stay again.

The staff was very helpful. It is close to downtown. The break fast is excellent , way above what sis standard elsewhere. What I had booked showed a king-size mattress, but I found two twin mattresses next to each other in the room (which is not quite the same).

Very good stay... unfortunately due COVID situation the restaurant was close, also the breakfast was very poor... but it was understandable... apart from these, the place offered a good stay, free parking, and friendly staff...

Prima prijs kwaliteit. Geen bar en geen restaurant. Geen koffie/thee in de avond te verkrijgen. Dat was jammer. Komt omdat ze aan het verbouwen zijn. Hoorde we later. Verder goed hotel. Prima ontbijt, lekker even zwemmen en sauna. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Die Lage war gut, aber die Ausstattung des Zimmers war mangelhaft. Schlechte Matratzen, alte Möbel, dreckige Ecken, kein Kühlschrank, kein Schuhlöffel, sehr kleines Zimmer, lieblos. Wenn man nur ein Bett zum schlafen braucht ist es ok. Sehr positiv war das Frühstück!

Alles in Allem wie immer gut. Das Hotel kommt halt in die Jahre. Positiv: das Frühstück / Buffet ist wieder besser geworden! Schöne kleine Brötchen, frische Erdbeer-Marmelade und viele Leckereien zu Ostern.

Sehr flotter und freundlicher Checkin. Auch schon vor 15 Uhr ohne Probleme möglich. Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Bad tip top und sauber. Das habe ich woanders schon schlechter erlebt. Personal ist freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Top auch zu erwähnen das Schwimmbecken über den Dächern von Siegen und ne tolle Sauna. Komme gerne wieder. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kleines DZ aber o. K. Immer wechselndes Personen mit sprachlichen Problemen. Sauna war Defekt und die Rezeption war nicht in der Lage mal vor Ort zu schauen!? Dann ist Sie halt kaputt und man hat halt Pech gehabt. Rezeption gibt trotz Sauna Defekt mir noch Bademantel und Handtücher aus und sagt nichts über den Defekt, auch Hinweis Zettel wurden aufgehangen.

Zentrale Lage am Kaisergarten mit Parkplätzen, ehemaliges First-Class-Hotel von Siegen, nicht modern aber sauber und gepflegt. Insgesamt sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Hundefreundlich. Unser Zimmer war neu, gut ausgestattet und ebenfalls top sauber. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir kommen wieder.
