We had booked this condo for our family’s trip and were pretty disappointed in the experience. The location was great and it was two couples and a fifth adult so the two king beds and pull-out were going to be perfect. Our expectations far exceeded our experience. There were no sheets for the pull-out so we had to use comforters and blankets to cover the mattress. The couch cushions had stains on them and the arm rests were caved in on the sides from use. From walking around barefoot right after we got there, the bottom of our feet were black so it was clear the floors hadn’t been properly cleaned. The listing advertises AC, but what it doesn’t say is that you cannot set it lower than 73. I understand putting a limit on how low it can be set to protect the AC from damage, however, that temperature is usually at least 70, especially during winter months when it’s cooler. When we checked in, the sliding glass door didn’t lock so it was possible someone could enter through the balcony. We called to report the AC and door items and we were told that the AC was locked at that temperature by design, that they would look into a portable AC unit, and that the earliest someone could be there for the door would be the next day. After nearly 24 hours, and several follow up phone calls, someone arrived, but he had no idea about the AC unit. Lastly, the shower door wasn’t fully secure and the drain was clogged. Would not stay here again.
