"The bed was terrible and uncomfortable. The bedspread had a bad smell and looked dirty. Housekeeping never came to clean the room, they didn’t provide clean towels, and I had to ask for them. On the last day I arrived late, and they still didn’t put any towels. The room has a kitchen, but if you want to cook you have to buy the pans, plates, and cutlery from them. The price of the room does not match the service. All the noises from outside the room can be heard. The hotel is remodeled, but it still lacks many things—above all, good service. I would never return to this hotel again."
