"I was not pleased that I called after making reservation to request a room on the main level and was told that they would make a note and that this would be arranged but when I got there, they had me in an upstairs room. When I discussed this with the young lady at the front desk, she was kind and accomodating but I was put in a room then switched to another room. The bath tub faucet came out of the wall when I tried to pull up the tub plug. There was no waste basket in the room and the floor...

"A lot. I notified hotel I had service dog. Still charged 50. Because I didn't bring my papers. Disappointed that this hotel has Hilton name, extremely disappointed! Not even coffee pot in room. Noisy. Only bagels and cereal for breakfast. Would not recommend "

"My only complaint was that the bed was a little high for me and the base was surrounded by metal sheets that I kept hitting with my heel every time a got down. It was a good thing I was alone. Otherwise, that loud clang would have disturbed my companion."

"They are doing remodeling, which makes some areas messy with construction. The areas that are remodeling look nice. For the price, a good place to stay. "

"I like the price, and the staff. I never experienced bugs or dirty room at all. It was literally a crash spot for me while I was working. For the price and clean room and staff, you get a bang for your buck. "
