“Loved that they were thoughtful about the noise by leaving earplugs. Location was great being right next to Stephen Ave, lots of restaurants and shopping options. We particularly enjoyed the Members Lounge with its wide selection, 24/7 access and relaxing atmosphere. Chris was great company as well making sure we were taken care of and comfortable. The room was very clean, the bed super comfortable. Will absolutely be making this our preferred choice from now on. ”

“We have stay here for to night come everything was great except we didn’t buy breakfast. 5 min walk you can reach the Chinatown where with a lot of restaurants. Or, you can try cafe at hotel main floor . In room, mini refrigerator, coffee maker are provided. We had part of view of Bow river. Room rate is acceptable. Definitely come back when visiting Calgary again. ”

“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……
