I had booked a room months in advance for my friend’s wedding. Lost my credit card the week of the wedding so I didn’t have a new one in time. First, they wouldn’t let me stay, then said they would waive the cancellation fee and charged it anyways. The first lady I talked to at the front desk was trying to find a way to get me into my room with alternative payment methods. She was nice and trying to help. Then her manager came out and she was rude and obnoxious, telling me my ID didn’t look like me, raising her voice stating how I wasn’t going to be staying in their hotel multiple times. I’m very disappointed in this hotel. Probably will boycott Sandman hotels altogether. I slept in the passenger seat of my car that night instead. You want a good hotel to stay in, look elsewhere.

Mini fridge freezer was broken, carpets were so sticky and gross that we had to wear shoes in the room, which included small children. The AC barely worked and it was hot in the room. Wouldn’t stay again.
