"Our stay was wonderful. Best sleep we've had in months. So good we tried to extend our stay but the hotel was booked. The only issue I had was I ordered room service and never received my food. The front desk employee just kept shaking, his head saying, "This doesn't make sense" when I went to make sure I wasn't charged for the food, but the restaurant manager took my concern seriously and made things right."
