“We called a bunch of times and no one answers the phone! Finally we got someone on the phone but cannot really understand, and all he says is NO!!!! We drove there, early checked in, which that was what we were asking on the phone! Went to the room, all empty containers of bath soap, shampoo and conditioner!!! We have to ask! They gave us after 5 mins. We need to extend our room for another night and got charged $189!!!! Ripped off…”

“We have traveled a lot in this property in Dayton leaves a lot to be desired. The floor had paint drops on it. The door to the bathroom would not close without slamming it. The toilet paper dispenser was on the floor in the back of the toilet area. There was no Kleenex in the Kleenex box besides one piece. Also, whoever cleaned the room did a very poor job because we found next to the bed a THC vape on the floor. It’s a good thing children were not put in this room.The breakfast tasted awful and……
