Expedia charged me took the money from my account. When I got to the hotel, they told me that Expedia never made the payment gave me a printout that shows where the payment sent to the hotel was declined three times however the money was deducted from my bank account so they charge me again. I had to pay twice for the same room. The hotel is saying it’s on Expedia, yet Expedia is saying it’s on the hotel…. and nobody would help me get my money back so now I’m having to dispute the charges with my bank. This has been the most awful experience on a week where money where money is tight because I am a single mother and the reason I had to stay in a hotel in my home town is because I am having plumbing issues at home and I needed this money for the plumber. As of check out nothing is yet resolved. I will never stay at another Hampton Inn or book through Expedia again.
