I got the jacuzzi room in which it didn't even work , my room was already used by someone else and not even cleaned when I arrived. I contacted the front desk which for me absolutely no.where! Worst experience ever!

This facility is in desperate need of updating and renovating. Our room had wallpaper peaking off the wall and cracks in the wall and ceiling. It was somewhat ominous that the hotel is on “Shart” street.

Our room, although clean and comfortable had issues with general maintenance. The sink water sprayed and was terribly backed up. It needs major plumbing cleaning out. The bathroom tub had a ring of mold where the tub and side join. Finally, there is no functioning elevator and the room did not have modern outlets ie usb ports.

Upon entering the room, it smelled like wet dog. Spider webs all in corners of the ceilings. The ac unit, while worked and kept room cool, sounded like it was going to explode, making it hard to sleep. The shower did not drain properly, so you were in a pool of water taking a bath while taking a shower. Wifi was horrible, could never get the tv to work because of the connection dropping. The staff was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately the place needs maintenance done pretty bad.

This is a hotel that needs some updates. The drain in the bathtub was very slow. The faucet had to be in a perfect position or would drip. The carpet was well worn and the walls had ripped wallpaper and the woodwork was well worn. The hallway had a strange odor. Breakfast was not a typical Choice hotel breakfast. There were very few choices and like many hotels if you are diabetic your choices are almost nil. At least they recognize they are not a 5 star hotel. On the back of every hotel door is the max price the hotel is allowed to charge for that room. I think this is the first hotel who had a price lower than $100 listed. Overall the hotel felt safe and the bed was clean and I got some sleep.

To start..I witnessed a Handicapped Female get denied a room on the first floor. The desk person said they were full on the first floor. There were 3 or 4 cars in the parking lot. Later that night maybe 10 cars. 2nd..the ice maker was broken on the first floor..it could happen..but they left the flooded floor for hours .very unsafe. 3rd..indoor pool was never turned on the 4 days we stayed. It was cloudy and very cold..no circulation at all. 4th ..ceiling tiles missing everywhere...wires hanging down..5th.alarms going off at 2am the first night we stayed..went off after about 5 mins...6th..there a door propped open with a rock..anyone could enter the building at any time...7th..the smell of pot every night in the hallways.. The only thing good was the price but now I know why..I will never stay there again nor would I recommend this place.

Never saw any staff at all during 4 day stay. My friend arrived early and got both separate room keys. I was able to walk right into the room area without seeing anyone. Exterior doors were open and unable to be secured. Anybody could walk in. Room was clean but old and worn. No desk chair, no handles on closet, just nails. No microwave. TVvremote needed. new batteries. Room smelled of smoke, I had to buy air freshener. Room not cleaned in 4 days. Expected at least once. breakfast was waffle maker, some bread and apples. No hot food, no attendant. Tables dirty, microwave filthy. Juice machine not working. Lots of grounds in the coffee carafe. Kids and dogs running up and down the halls. Didn’t bother me but might bother others. Pool was nice and the workout room looked fine. Hotel could be nice with updated rooms, visible staff and better breakfast. And better security is critical. I would not stay again unless these things are addressed and website shows the hotel really has been improved.

Very nice place to stay.

Have stayed here before so i knew it would serve my needs. Easy in and out, lots of food options close by, highway close by, quiet.
