This place needs work! Ownership/ management obviously doesn’t care about it. Booked 3 rooms, one had a hole in the wall and in the floor, another had no sheets. The included breakfast was quite lacking today the least!!! Not at all what I expect at a Quality inn!!!!!

It was the shabbiest place I have ever seen, staff was trying to give me room in the second floor, I told that I have a handicap sister who could not climb the stairs since there was no elevator. He lied to me that all room in the ground floor was booked. When I threaten to book room in another place he told me that he has one room with TV not working. I said I don’t care about TV, then he allowed that room to me later I found out that the TV was working fine. The smoke detectors was hanging from the wall, the room has broken wood in the closet and bath room was not very clean. If you open the faucet in the tub both faucet and shower turn. Breakfast was equally bad, there was no variety, only few mini muffins and some bread was there. Coffee pots were dirty. Overall it was nightmare I will hire one d this place to any one.

This facility is in desperate need of updating and renovating. Our room had wallpaper peaking off the wall and cracks in the wall and ceiling. It was somewhat ominous that the hotel is on “Shart” street.

I got the jacuzzi room in which it didn't even work , my room was already used by someone else and not even cleaned when I arrived. I contacted the front desk which for me absolutely no.where! Worst experience ever!

It was an okay stay and for the price point I can’t complain. Been to MUCH better and MUCH worse for the same price point. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was much more decent than I was expecting. An older hotel and has an odor. Rooms looked decent enough and our room didn’t smell poorly like the hallways. Air worked properly. Comforters were ragged with holes. Some towels had stains.

Our room, although clean and comfortable had issues with general maintenance. The sink water sprayed and was terribly backed up. It needs major plumbing cleaning out. The bathroom tub had a ring of mold where the tub and side join. Finally, there is no functioning elevator and the room did not have modern outlets ie usb ports.

Upon entering the room, it smelled like wet dog. Spider webs all in corners of the ceilings. The ac unit, while worked and kept room cool, sounded like it was going to explode, making it hard to sleep. The shower did not drain properly, so you were in a pool of water taking a bath while taking a shower. Wifi was horrible, could never get the tv to work because of the connection dropping. The staff was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately the place needs maintenance done pretty bad.

We rented three rooms. There was blood on the duvet covers in my room, the carpets were filthy, the ceiling in my kids room had water damage and mold, all three rooms smelled of smoke.The shower in both mine and my kids room was broken and the drains didn’t work. The safety locks on two of the rooms were broken and useless. The third room was okay but still smelled heavily of smoke.

This is a hotel that needs some updates. The drain in the bathtub was very slow. The faucet had to be in a perfect position or would drip. The carpet was well worn and the walls had ripped wallpaper and the woodwork was well worn. The hallway had a strange odor. Breakfast was not a typical Choice hotel breakfast. There were very few choices and like many hotels if you are diabetic your choices are almost nil. At least they recognize they are not a 5 star hotel. On the back of every hotel door is the max price the hotel is allowed to charge for that room. I think this is the first hotel who had a price lower than $100 listed. Overall the hotel felt safe and the bed was clean and I got some sleep.
