Disappointing stay
The description of the property did not include the parking was 3 blocks away on a first come first basis. So there was no guarantee that if we left the garage there would be space when we needed to repark. There was NO overnight parking across or beside the unit. 6am brought the city garbage trucks and shortly after the food service trucks were backed up to our bedroom window. The upstairs had no sound barrier. 6am brought heavy noisy footsteps. We will not stay again.

I purchased a weekend for my mother and aunt. They have been visiting St. Augustine for years. The rent was fantastic! The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything including their favorite restaurant, The Columbia House. Check in was great, especially considering mom in 70 yrs old and can’t even order a package on her Amazon account without help. She loved the location and said the house was super clean!

Wonderful time in St. Augustine!
It is a historical house in the heart of a historical district! We stayed in the first floor one -bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed. The house is located within walking distance of just about everything. Plenty of restaurants, historical sites and adventures await you. We met Gregg and his wife, Kerry, who were very nice and aimed to make our stay a pleasure!

Perfect location for a weekend away!
My best friend and I had a girl's weekend and stayed here. The location is right in the middle of anywhere you need to go. We could walk everywhere. The room was clean and inviting and the host was very responsive.

St Augustine stay
The owners were very communicative, the location is in the center of the downtown area, the house was clean, comfortable and supplied with many amenities, cleaning products, toiletries, coffee and even a bottle of wine. We truly felt like we were staying at a family members house. Also St Augustine is a very nice walkable city. I will definitely stay here again.

So walkable and great area!!
We had the best time staying here. The property owner was so responsive, and made the checkin process seamless. We were a 5 minute walk to everything, including restaurants, shopping, the White Room (wedding venue) and more!

Perfect getaway
Quaint little unit, perfect size for a couple. All the furniture was in great shape. Very quiet neighborhood close walk to all the events. When it rain yesterday afternoon, it was very relaxing to sit on the front porch and listen to the rain and watch the people walking in the rain.

We visit St Augustine every year for the Festival of Lights…..have stayed on the water at ‘The best of the best’ - have stayed at B and Bs- have stayed at the best of hotels. There is no beating 1800 Victorian for locations and the accomodations. We plan on staying here every year from now on. Happened to meet the owner while checking out- kind and gracious. We loved our cozy stay at the 1880 Victorian. The location was perfect for the two of us. It was in easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The apartment was just as described but also had so many thoughtful extras. Many of the extras had been suggested by past guests. We would happily stay there again!

Great location if you wish to be literally right downtown in the historic area . Place was homey and comfortable. Laundry facilities were a bonus. We parked the car and walked for three days , never needed the car :) . There are homeless hanging around the general area and noises from traffic - it is downtown after all . This did not bother us. Would stay there again

Perfect location, modern inside, historic outside
The location couldn't be any better for exploring St Augustine historic district on foot. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Our 8 y/o slept on the couch and was fine with that. The inside looks recently remodeled and very clean. Only thing that was a bit annoying was the walk to parking garage in the summer heat. However, we didnt need a vehicle for most of our stay since the main attractions are all walking distance. We will be recommending this Vrbo to all our friends/family.

1880 Victorian was great
My sister and I had a wonderful time in St Augustine and the 1880 Victorian was an integral part of that! The bed was very comfortable, the location was super convenient, very walkable to restaurants and attractions. Our host was a great communicator and the check in and check out processes were super easy. The unit has a full kitchen with stove and fridge.. everything you would need for a long stay! I highly recommend the Colobumia and the Floridian, both had Felix food and are within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Location and Accommodation
We stayed in the first floor apartment - thats ground floor to UK people! It was perfect for two of us. Drop off outside for 15mins to unload and then easy to drive to the parking garage. The location is right in the heart of St Augustine. We arrived on a Sunday and it was super busy but not that noisy by the time we went to bed around 11ish. The first floor has an outside shared balcony with a few rockers - great to sit and have a coffee or drink in the evening. The apartment was well furnished. Only very small issue was the rollaway bed is stored in the wardrobe so difficult to hang jackets/dresses/shirts etc. But we were only there for 2 days so not an issue. Would very much recommend this apartment and if we go back we would try and book again without hesitation.

This is one of those times you hesitate to tell people how fantastic this place is so you can have this gem all to yourself! Beautifully Re-done. Great personal touches upon arrival. Everything was very clean (may want to check above the fridge though). Crisp white fluffy towels. Comfortable bed. Cold AC and warm heat (yes… we used both. Jan. In FL) Location can’t be beat. Too bad the view from the front is a parking lot. Wish the city would plant something to disguise what’s there. The front porch is amazing. Rocking chairs in the sunshine was very relaxing. Kitchen is nice and it’s stocked. Keurig is a must for me and they even have K cups. Bathroom had extras that I felt really went above and beyond. It’s a walk to everything. My friends and I take an annual trip and we want to book the entire house for all of us to use each year from now on. This will be my go to when I come to St Augustine. My only bit of advice is to bring ear plugs. You’re in the heart of everything and though it’s not overwhelming it can be noisy. Beer deliveries early in the morning, dumpsters being emptied etc. You can hear the people walking above you too. You can only do so much with a home of this age but if you’re sensitive to this ear plugs are your friend. A+++ to the owners of this home.

Very nice but a little noisy
Apartment A (downstairs) was very nice and spacious. The location is close to everything. The only thing we didn’t care for was the noise. It’s noisy on the street at night. You’ll hear cars and people up until after midnight. The home is beautiful and authentic which means the floors are wood so you can hear the upstairs guests as they walk around. We had a few ladies staying above us that I’m convinced we’re doing a broadway production of “River dance” every morning at 5:30 am 🥴 Also, be prepared to pay for parking (which is totally normal for a downtown area) the range is between $10-$20 a day. The owner does give you a pass for the garage which is great but the garage does fill up quickly. I suggest you park in the garage as soon as you drop your stuff off and leave your car in the garage during your stay. It’s super easy to walk everywhere. Over all, we loved our trip and loved the beautiful house.

We were lucky enough to meet the owners upon arrival and they were super nice and we were able to see all of the layouts which were beautiful! There are three apartment rentals there. Ours on the first floor was very nice. I really liked the decor and we had everything we needed for our two-night stay! You are just steps away from all of the shopping, music, and restaurants. It's a great location!

The location was perfect. Our neighbors were friendly. We came in town for a wedding at the museum nearby. Our stay was exactly as we hoped. Clean and well decorated. We felt welcomed and appreciated the extra security of the front locking foyer and then our locks on our unit. We were walking distance to everything. Could grab a great breakfast and explore. It was walking distance to the locations planned for the wedding weekend. It was easy to go back to our unit in between the fun to change or recharge. Our unit had many amenities that made the stay comfortable and fun. The owners were great with communication and details. Very available to us if needed. We will be staying here for many future trips!!

5 stars w/ an asterisk that if you do need to come/go via your car on a busy weekend (we had to) and are trying to get into the parking deck at certain hours - it will not be available. To the owner's credit, the listing does warn of this, and we experienced it.
