Tour the area and discover local attractions that include Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, Old Town Trolley Tours, St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park, and the St. Augustine Amphitheatre, all within a six-mile radius. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior, lofty ceilings, and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a movie marathon on the large TV, or serving brunch on the expansive patio. Almost brand new. Beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. Perfect for me, my husband and our 2 dogs. We were worried about the neighborhood, but it was fine. We walked every day and felt safe. There is a railroad track about a block away, but didnt bother us with noise. The place was very clean on arrival. The management company was great to work with. We did have mis-communication regarding pet fee. I thought it was taken care of, but about an hour after arrival they requested an additional 300\. For our 2 dogs. I probably would have booked anyways with the extra cost, but after your checked in its hard to make any change. Comfortable beds, immaculately cleaned. Modern appliances. All you could ever ask for and then some. Would recommend this company and this location to anyone who wanted to be close to historical downtown St. Augustine without the noise normally associated with a hotel stay and save money while you are at it.
