“The WiFi never worked. We called, did our own rebooting, waited, texted and in the end gave up. There had been some painting done and there were remnants of paint scraping in various locations (by the way the paint job was terrible- host ought to make them go back and re-do it!) Decor and furniture were dated but comfortable. Beds were hard and very uncomfortable. (Honestly the biggest disappointment). We really liked the community and location was fantastic. Great golf course views. Very……

“Great unit. I was there for an annual event so I’ll be looking for a repeat stay next year.”

“Great location!”

“The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great parking spots and we had access to amenities at Litchfield by the Sea resort. The beach was a short walk or golf cart shuttle ride away. Although we do not have kids the pool area was amazing.”

“Nice clean and spacious property, as advertised. The pool is nearby and was also clean and well maintained. Close proximity to golf and a short drive to public beach access.”

“Nice and clean”

“Beautiful place. Very clean. Perfect for our visit for a family wedding. We really enjoyed screen in porch. The beds were comfortable. I would rent here again if I ever visit again. Thank you!”

“Winyah Bay Club is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Our unit was very nice, clean and the beds are comfortable.”

“A pool within walking distance of the unit was advertised. This was incorrect and it took 3 of the 5 days for someone to figure out that the pool access was revoked by the HOA.”

“Overall, the stat was perfect for our family. The kids loved the easy access of the pool and beach. The unit itself was great as well. There is most of what you would like to see as far as kitchen appliances, except for a counter oven/air fryer combo device. That addition would be helpful for cooking/heating up small quantities rather than using the larger oven. We did not realize the unit has an ice machine as well! Very handy packing coolers for the beach/pool.”

“Great place, price is affordable and location is perfect”

“Absolutely DISGUSTING! The unit looked like it had not been cleaned prior to our check-in. The dishwasher had dirty dishes inside. The Keuring and coffee cups were dirty. A drink had been spilled in front of the fridge; the floor and fridge were left sticky. When I pulled back the shower door, I was surprised to find the previous tenant's shampoo and body wash! The cabinets had old food and spices someone had left behind. The pantry was filled with boxes/junk. I found dirty napkins under the……

“The condo was perfect for our stay. The place had everything we needed as well as really nice additions. Soft towels, plenty of small appliances, and so much more. Lazy River was outstanding! Thanks for helping to make it a nice vacation.”

“Beautiful and spacious balcony”

“Everything was great. The room was clean, all essentials were readily available and the price was perfect.Great ocean views, and located in the perfect spot.”

“Was a great place to stay in very comfortable and was very enjoyable”

“Loved the convenience of the ground floor with easy access to the pool and beach. The condo was very well equipped.. would stay here again.”

“Stay here if looking for a nice place and very reactive host. Strongly recommend. We will not look anywhere else when coming back to this area.”

“Nice unit, host was helpful with last minute plans ”
