No AC for us (apparently she didn’t know it wasn’t working) smart thermostats notify when disconnected and no screen ventilation. Cleaning standards are poor even if it had been cleaned. “Quiet, clean, comfortable unit with a good view of the golf course located on the top floor avoiding noise from overhead with high pitched ceilings. Updated appliances with washers and dryer. Host was available for questions prior and during the stay. Unit was spacious and the screened in porch with furniture was a plus. A closet full of beach items were there for use as well. I would recommend!”
