“Nelson Cozy Cabin was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway for my husband and I and our dog and another couple. It was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. The outdoor area with a fire pit was nice to come back to after being out and about exploring the area. Loved the decor of the place and had very comfortable beds and linens. Bed pillows could be updated, but that’s on us for not bringing our own (we are picky about our pillows).overall would highly recommend...

“We LOVED this place. Our favorite spot was around the outdoor fire table. It was right in the sun and even when it was less than 50 degrees we could sit out there comfortably. The living room area was so cozy and welcoming, we loved the especially loved the big windows and the fireplace. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. “Loved the location! Close to the market and the overlook area you could walk to and hang out.Communication with the owner was often days delayed. The upstairs sink was slow to drain and leaking when the water was turned on and it was never acknowledged until after our stay but was reported to the owner the first day. Overall it was perfect for what we needed for the few days we were there. ”

“We loved Love Ridge Mountain Lodge, we stayed at the Kennedy Ridge! It was clean and well kept! Communication was great with the owners and everything is available in the home! Very peaceful and relaxing! We even met Chester! The property cat, she is loving and hung out with us for a bit! Awesome experience, if you are visiting or from Virginia we recommend the lodge! ”
