“Perfect place for our family to stay while visiting our oldest kid at Vanderbilt. This is closer to the freshman dorms than any hotel, includes a parking space, and had plenty of space for us and our two younger kids.The house is spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, has no stinky air "fresheners" (all too common in rental homes these days), and had nice touches like extension cords for easy bedside phone charging and granola bars and oatmeal for breakfast. “Our stay was fantastic! Our hosts greeted us when we got there but then we didn’t see them for the rest of our stay. They provided their cell numbers so we know we could get ahold of them if we needed them. The house was great! The only thing is they had curtains in the doorway of the master bedroom. We would have preferred a door.”

“We loved this place so much! The riverside balcony was my favorite place to sit in the mornings and evenings. Cute little groundhogs scurried around on the ground, and I even saw a few raccoons. They were fun to watch and did not cause any harm. The condo was spotless! I simply cannot say enough good things about it. We will be back!
