“Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend”

“Lovely hotel, in a perfect location for the old town and the Christmas Market. Stayed in a deluxe studio room which was enormous and well appointed. Staff were very professional and courteous.”

“一切都完美！
床坐上去滿硬的，但躺下後是舒服的。
浴室非常明亮乾淨，毛巾也很乾淨。
房間地毯很明顯換新過，毫無污漬。
隔日早餐有新鮮果汁、多種咖啡、麵包好吃、還可以現點太陽蛋；服務人員清潔桌面與捕食品的速度很快。
櫃台人員專業也沉穩，即便行李寄放在公共空間也有人看館很安心。
這是我四訪Riga住過最開心的一次!
