Beautiful new 4 person apartment of 75 m2 near beach and center of Katwijk by the sea.
The house has a large living room with large corner sofa and dining table with 6 chairs, the open kitchen has a fresh modern look
with all modern appliances such as dishwasher / combi microwave / 6 burner gas hob.
There are 2 bedrooms 1 bedroom with spacious boxspring of 210/180, 1 smaller room with 2 loose box springs of 80/200.
There is a large 34 m2 south-facing terrace with garden and parasol.
For the windows, electric screens are mounted so that even when it is very hot it stays nice in the house.

Wonderful stay!

Logement très agréable, bien équipé et super bien situé par rapport à la plage et au centre ville (restaurants et nombreux commerces). Le parking mis à disposition est parfait. Le propriétaire est très gentil et accueillant. La literie est très bonne. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und trotz Lage im Ort ruhig. Direkt nebenan zwei öffentliche Ladepunkte für E-Autos und einige 100 m weiter ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der im Preis enthalten ist.

Unser Urlaub in Katwijk war sehr schön ! Wir hatten eine tolle und sehr gut ausgestattete moderne Ferien-Wohnung. Eine Abstellmöglichkeit für unsere Fahrräder war ebenfalls virhanden. Auch ein Parkplatz wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt ! Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und bemüht um uns ! Diese Wohnung werden sicherlich in einem unsere Urlaube nochmals buchen...

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Lage optimal gelegen für Ausflüge. Zu Fuß zum Strand in kurzer Zeit auch mit Bollerwagen und zwei kleinen Kindern. Lecker Kibbeling fußläufig erreichbar. Netter kleiner Stadtkern zum flanieren. Saubere und gut aufgeteilte Wohnung. Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr nettes Vermieterehepaar im gleichen Haus eine Wohnung darüber. Wir hattene einen tollen Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen!

TOP Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung liegt ausgesprochen gut – man ist innerhalb ein paar Minuten am Strand und auch im Zentrum von Katwijk. Die Wohnung ist wirklich komplett ausgestattet – wir haben auf jeden Fall nichts vermisst. Irgendjemand hatte angemerkt, dass die gegenüber der Wohnung aufgestellten Müllcontainer störend wären – dies haben wir nicht so empfunden. Die Container gehen in den Boden und man hört eigentlich nichts beim Einwerfen. Und auch beim Leervorgang ist dies innerhalb ein paar Minuten erledigt. Auch der Straßenlärm hält sich in Grenzen. Die Schlafzimmer gehen zur Rückseite raus und auch dort war von der Straße nichts zu hören. Wohnung/Lage/Umfeld alles in allem TOP. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Absolut perfekt
Es war alles perfekt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat super geklappt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist optimal. 2 Gehminuten zum Strand und man ist auch schnell in einer kleinen Ladenstraße, wo sich u.a. ein Bäcker befindet. Das Auto konnten wir sicher und kostenfrei (Karte vom Vermieter) in einer nahe gelegenen Tiefgarage abstellen. Ein- und Ausladen direkt vor der Haustür war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt
