Everything was ok: Facilities, location for what my needs were. Staff attitude, cleanness of the property, etc. The only downside was the very limited English language skills of the staff in general

nice hotel
The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpfull. The room is nice, and they have usb ports for charging your phone.Gym is very nice and very big too, hotel breakfast is way above my expectations, i think one of the best hotel breakfast I have in china. the only thing that i do not like about the hotel is the location, tried to look for some food or do a bit of shopping, cant find any. otherthan that the hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel facilities are terribly old. It was advertised as 5 star on Experida, but it is much worse than any 4 star hotel I stayed in China.

The quality was not so good and is a little tired, no tea or coffee in the room and not much help from the management. I checked out early due to the bad quality and noise.

Really nice hotel in strange location
I took the bullet train to Tianjin to catch a cruise ship. This hotel is about one hour from Tianjin bullet train station and about another half hour to the cruise ship terminal. The hotel is full of people associated with the new industries surrounding this zone and port. My room overlooked the commercial port and was endlessly fascinating to watch. Chinese taxis are unbelievably cheap so the hour long drive was $50 US (about as much as I pay for the 15 minute taxi ride from LAX to my house). I got to see a lot of the countryside on this drive. Hotel is very nice. Rooms plush. Set up for businessmen, even down to the denim colored condoms in the bedside drawer! Very good value.

客房/飯店清潔度:雖然不是太新的酒店，但是大致上都很乾淨。 服務品質：人員很熱心，有東西遺失會打電話回來確認並且協助寄送找回 飯店設施：ok 飯店位置：濱海就是靠海，但是離市區有點距離，一個小時車程跑不掉

매번 출장가면 묵는 숙소입니다. 매번 좋은 서비스에 감사드립니다. 객실상태가 약간 미흡하지만 다른 부분은 최고입니다. 직원들도 친절하고 부대시설도 훌륭합니다.

整体来说不错的体验。
整体还不错，位置很好找，离海边和主要景点都不远，附近吃东西也很方便，酒店设施略显陈旧，服务人员都很热心，但是专业性不是很强，例如入住时候不会主动告诉你在那吃早餐，健身房在哪里等等。

Nice stay in this hotel
This hotel is really good regarding its prices, compared to european ones. Only a few member of the staff speak English, but there is only one that speaks English at the lobby. Rooms are good, no wireless Internet, only with cable. Bathroom is a bit outdated but is quite enough for short stay.

There are English staff at the desk, so easy to comunicate. There are two restrant, one is Chinese and the other is Japanese. These is the staf who can speake Japanse.
