“Very clean with various stay over amenities. It was mentioned prior to our stay that the circular staircase was steep and narrow, it was, so only I went up to the loft, carefully. For younger people it would be okay. Other than the steep property and stairs it was very comfortable though a bit off the beaten path for an overnight stay traveling south over a period of days.”

“We were in town for parents weekend. Only reasonably priced accommodation. At first I was surprised at how remote the cabins were. But I understand it’s on purpose for people that want to disconnect and enjoy nature. We had no problem finding the place. It was clean. It was cozy. It was an adventure!”

“We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was comfortable, the host was responsive, address all our concerns and was very accommodating- we appreciated his willingness to work with us and we would stay again!”

“We were very disappointed with the cabin. From the pictures online, we were not expecting this single room cabin to be so open. The glass/open shower, the tub and the bed were just feet from each other and if you were in the kitchen or on the sofa you also had a great view of all. Not a place for families. The only privacy was the toilet. The cabin at first glance seemed clean until our hands stuck to the kitchen counter and the sofa had all kinds of crumbs, etc that needed to be vacuumed……

“Cabin was more than we could have dreamed of! Easy to get to, clean, private, spacious and had all we could possibly need for our trip! We really didn’t even need to leave the cabin! Wife and I will def be staying here again in the future!”

“We had the most amazing stay at Blue Laurel! The cabin and property were even better than described. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we loved the fire pit area out back. Melissa was incredible with communication and we truly appreciated getting her input about the area. There are several amazing waterfalls nearby and lots of cute little towns within a short drive. We will absolutely stay here again when we’re in the area, and are already planning our next trip back. Thank you for an……

“If you are looking for a quiet private place to get away, this place hits the mark. We could only see one other cabin from this place even though we knew there were others, they were not visible. It was quiet and only about a 25 minute drive to multiple different towns. We had a very minor issue with the hot tub and let the management team know and they had it fixed within a couple hours. Overall, it is a nice place with plenty of room for two.”
