“Ideal location, close enough to walk to adjacent side of town--as long as you can handle the steep hill on the walk back. Canopied in the woods for shade in the summer. In-wall air conditioner works well, albeit the typical lack of dehumidification. The layout is perfect for a couple or small family. Cooking implements are minimal/worn out so plan to bring your own.
