“Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed.”

“I lost power at my house so I decided to go to woodcliff. Nice hotel water was black when I tried to shower. Staff assured me would go away in a couple hours we ran it still very dark water. 1130pm I checked out no need for the room if I can't shower. I expressed my problem with staff. I've been passed along saying a manager will contact me. I've tried thru phone and email it's been 6 weeks today someone told me I have to contact expedia so here I am. Can I have my payment back?”

“Room is not very clean, I still can find some hair in bathroom. The water pressure is so low in bathroom. Air con is a little bit noisy. ”

“It was a quick stay on our way to Niagara (wife and 4 kids with me) . The hotel was "fine". Clean, but well loved... breakfast was to be ready at 7am. Staff called out sick. Poor replacement hotel made it with some food. Get what you pay for. Fine. Not terrible for the value, but know what you are going into.”

“The room I booked was given to others by mistake of a staff but the manager Kevin and the staff Tim and La Ron were helpful to resolve the issue. The hygiene of the breakfast needs improvement tho as flies are always around and the waffle area is always in a mess. Also tables are not cleaned on time after each use.”
