“The kitchen area was amazing. The couch was very comfortable and perfect for relaxing. The air conditioning did not work. There were no bathroom towels. Some beach towels. We had three total for 5 people. The advertised private beach access was not able to be found. We gave up and drove to the beach 2 miles away. This could be an amazing place if those things were fixed. We did ask for more towels. But they never came. The basement smelled like gas and I told the owner and he said he would……

“My family and I traveled to Rochester to visit my brother, nieces and nephews. We needed a house big enough to accomodate a family of 5 and our small dog, Teddy. We found this listing and it was perfect for our needs. The rental process and check in were easy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which is important for me since I have back issues. There was a window ac unit in the bedroom but nothing in the rest of the unit, leaving it feeling very uncomfortable. The space was smaller and unkept in comparison to the pictures.
