“Wow! This house was superb in everyway! From its location, gorgeous layout, comfort, cleanliness, EVERY amenity a family or group would need, plus an added bonus of a large hot tub on the deck, it was an A all around Don't let the 3 bedroom count fool you, there are several pull out couches that can accomodate more guests If we are back in the Brockport area, this will be our go-to home!!”

“We found a half-filled bottle of vodka under the bed, so not so great a room.”

“I would not recommend staying here whatsoever. We were there for one night and it's not located in a good area. There is a code to get into the building but there are multiple apartments in there. When we got back for the night, a woman very clearly on drugs was on our floor and tried to follow us into our room. We had to physically close the door on her. We did not feel safe at all. The apartment was so hot because the only room that had AC was the bedroom. Also, the knob on the shower did not……

“Property was close to RIT. Only problem was ants in the kitchen. Other than the ants, it was clean & as advertised.”

“The area that the house was located is bad. There is no parking off street. We didn’t stay there for our planned trip and went to a hotel.”

“The place was not clean. The kitchen was a mess, the bedroom and bathroom doors were off the hinges. There was a window ac unit in the bedroom but nothing in the rest of the unit, leaving it feeling very uncomfortable. The space was smaller and unkept in comparison to the pictures. I would not stay here again.”

“The house is great the location wasn’t what expected however I was there for my sons graduation and it was perfect for all my family to be together.”
