They have a lot of work to do to bring this property back to "life". It stinks just walking through the halls. No rooms keys open exterior doors so you prop a door open and risk some random "sketchy" person getting in or walk around the property to the front door.

Smelt like weed, no clean rooms were available, employees looked like convicts, required me to pay for my room a second time as well as added an additional cleaning fee on top of the double charge. Worst service I have ever experienced and worst facilities I have ever stayed in.

Canceled my reservation, took my money, put a sign on the door with my name on it and others whose reservation was canceled stating SOLD OUT and contact whomever you paid to get refunded. No where to stay in the middle of the night. Wouldn't answer the phone for me or expedia. Yikes. Kudos to expedia staff who handled the matter with professional attention.

This place is so terrible and upon admission they send me to a room tht was already occupied someone could've hurt me for a intruder and the room i got after was so smelly I had to bought disinfectant spray to sprayed it out.

We showed up to check in and they refused to honor our reservation because they overbooked and were turning away reservations such as ours booked through 3rd party companies such as Expedia. We were forced to panic search for an alternative, and ended up having to pay twice as much. In fairness, they did cooperate with the Expedia support representative and issued a refund.

Horrible service! And they’re scammers. We booked five rooms. All of them were sold out. In fact, two of our friends went to their room just to find out there were already guests in it. And it’s not only us I saw some people in the front desk with the same issue. I have paid from Expedia but they have charged me $82 extra before check-in and it is posted. I do not recommend them at all! BE CAREFUL GUYS!

Checked in and went to room. Asked for accessible and was sent about as far away as possible using a walker to run over filthy carpeting. Room was unclean: slime running down and stuck to refrigerator door; crumbs on counter; carpetless floor gritty. Returned to registration desk and asked for credit. Personnel had trouble granting it although eventually it came through after a telephone call.

I book a room through this app On Sunday, 9 August when I arrive we were really tired but at the lobby, they told me that they don’t have no more rooms available so they canceled my room that way I can get the refund 10 days later. I don’t have any refund from Expedia not contact information where I can call them. It’s just crazy….
