“A friend told us to visit Roaring River and we were not disappointed. The room was great, the restaurant was great and the wine was great!! If you like dessert, you must try the wine milkshake (I was hesitant but it was delicious), and the funnel cake fries. Both were excellent!! We will be returning!! ”

“Lovely stay by a gorgeous stream in the midst of nature. The property was well appointed with thoughtful touches such as frequently used spices in the kitchen and long matches for the firepit, grill and large stone fireplace. A variety of comfortable seating choices for meals and leisurely discussions in the open air. A great place for a couples weekend with friends as each of us had our own "cabin". While we stayed in "Birch" there are others available. The sound of the water from the river...

“This property is close to Stone Mountain and relatively close to Elkin if needed.Their is agas operated shower in a bath house which was wonderful. The codes worked well to get in I love the tap light next to bed.The parking area was ample as I have a full sized pickup. Heard turkeys and saw other wildlife .Love the chair in the front and read and drank coffee. There is a water machine that gives you hot water or cold cold water out of the same machine. Well organized and well thought out!”
