“Cabin 1 has amazing views. It was breathtaking to soak in the hot tub and look out across the valley toward Pilot Mt. The cabin itself was rustically perfect for my husband, our golden retriever and myself. It provided everything we needed. Toiletries and linens were provided and very nice. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen table view was fabulous. We had perfect weather, which allowed us to take advantage of the cabin's outdoor space. Contact with the owner was always quick and friendly. The……

“Hosts are Very easy to reach and helpful with educated answers to all my questions. The accommodations have everything you need. We hope to stay longer next time! The area suffered tremendous damage from Hurricane induced flooding last fall but community has shown their strength in overcoming such adversity. ”

“We had a great stay at the cabin. The location is fantastic if you're looking for peace and quiet and being surrounded by nature. We used the hot tub every night and had dinner out on the covered deck overlooking the woods. We would definitely recommend Ashely's place and can't wait to go back.”

“Beautiful mountain view from the front porch! We saw lots of deer. The beds were comfortable! It has a really nice fireplace that was easy to turn on/off. We spent a day at Tweetsie Railroad for Heritage Weekend which was 30 miles away from the cabin. We traveled to Mt. Airy to visit the home place of Andy Griffith which was one and a half hours away. We didn't bring pets but it is pet friendly and would consider it for another stay.”
