“We had a lovely stay at the Beech Mountain Townhouse while in town for a wedding. The place was clean and included all amenities listed. Great location, and we happened to be in town for the local Flamingo parade, which went right past the house and was quite charming. Ingrid was very communicative and gave all the information we could need!”

“This place has a fantastic view! There is a huge yard right on the water with relaxing chairs. The patio has a picnic table and a great grill. The owners lived next door and had chickens and gave us a dozen really fresh eggs. The inside was clean and comfortable. New appliances and whatever you could possibly need. There were kayaking boats, oars and vests that the 19!year olds used. It was so much fun!”

“Great location on MDI. Easy to get to EVERYTHING and very little traffic. If you are looking for low key, cleanliness and a welcoming deer everyday, this is the place to stay. Definitely would stay again. Everything has been updated...could use a couple of rugs to soak up the sound while talking or watching TV. Can't beat the location!”

It is secluded and peaceful where the house is located and a great spot to come back after a busy day of hiking and exploring with our kids. The walk down to the private cove was really neat and the kids enjoyed exploring down by the water. We had a great time and the host was prompt with any concerns. Would stay again! ”

“This house is in a great location & made a fantastic home base for us rusticators. We accessed the whole island easily, including bicycling the Acadia carriage roads, hiking Cadillac Mountain, shopping in SW & NE Harbor, walking to Bar Island, sand dollar hunting at Seal Harbor Beach, dining in Bar Harbor and an evening sail on the Margaret Todd. Handy maps & guides helped with planning our activities. Loved gatherings in the well-stocked kitchen which easily supported baking scones, prepping……
