"The hotel and room were very clean. We were able to get our parking pass before check-in so we could explore downtown while we waited on our room. The amenities were amazing but the best part was the staff. Not only was everyone helpful and pleasant but they genuinely seemed interested in how we were enjoying our stay and offered numerous times to assist in anyway they could. The employees cleaning the dining area were so sweet and cheerful. This has been one of the top places I have stayed at in St Louis and I can't wait to go back!"

"Over all, our stay was fine. Staff was very kind. We visited for an event that took place in one of the 2nd floor ballrooms where I was a vendor. The food served for us at breakfast was delicious. However, one of the first things that happened to me upon getting to our room was my mother coming out from the bathroom and going, "Uh, someone pooped in our shower?". Turns out, it was just a very convincing rust spot, so I'm glad we didn't complain and look completely foolish, but still. The beds were comfortable though, and the water ran quite hot. The halls are a bit of a twist-and-turn to navigate and we were on the side of the building facing the MLK Bridge, which is a nice view. You are, however, literally right next to the Arch. All you have to do is step outside on Chestnut street and look to your left. The bar and common areas downstairs were nicely furnished; I spent some time with my laptop down there while my travel companions turned in early. Interesting spot to people watch. They also have a designated area for DoorDashers and other delivery folks to leave items, but I was usually waiting for them right at the door. My only complaint is that parking is far too high! We parked down the street a bit instead, and other than our GPS leading us on the longest route back to the hotel imaginable, we saved at least $50 on our two night stay, and the garage was perfectly walkable, even with our luggage and vending supplies."

"Loved the location, amenities and large room with comfortable bed. We were able to walk to Enterprise Center. Particularly enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast. Did not appreciate the noise from the garbage collectors handling the huge dumpsters around 4am. For an upscale quality hotel you should contract to have quiet hours like midnight to 8am with any businesses your guest rooms face."
