Fonctionnel pour deux personnes, il est proche du centre ville et des salles de spectacle. Un petit bémol quant à l'insonorisation mais, au moindre souci, un petit mot aux voisins qui savent en prendre conscience. La propriétaire vous réserve un accueil agréable et sympathique.
