Upon arriving we were pleased to see how close we were to the beach and our favorite place to get clam chowder and lobster rolls- Splash Cafe! Check in was fast, easy and super friendly, I believe Jennifer helped us and she was very accommodating and knowledgeable. Our room the captains quarters was spacious and nicely stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and extra bedding in the closet. The king size bed was very comfortable. The three things that bring down my rating are 1) the dirty, stacked with dirt and dust ceiling fans particularly the one in the bedroom- please clean that asap 2) the TV kept buffering and/or losing sound- most likely it was the WiFi because it happened on both TV’s. 3) the carpet was stained and should be replaced. Overall the location, the full refrigerator, microwave, and fully stocked room was a good place to stay.
