"The pool was empty which wasn’t known when we booked. It was unfortunate as that was one of our criteria. They said we could use the pool at their sister property but that wasn’t convenient. They also ran out of pillows which was a problem. If you have 4 people staying you should have 4 pillows. Their solution was to give us more blankets."
