“Room was clean and conveniently located, however our room was very loud, possibly next to electric room, woke me up a few times”

“I arrived, the link didn’t work to register, so that I could get a copy of the entrance info with code to the unit. Address brought me to the back of the property. I messaged the host that I could not enter, they didn’t respond in a timely manner, so I couldn’t get in to the unit. I ended up booking another hotel bc I didn’t hear back and didn’t want my son and I to be stranded in Moscow. I’d like a refund!”

“The property was very clean and located close to some great restaurants. I don’t think you can find another hotel closer to the University as it’s across the street. How ever be clear when making a reservation for ground level if you can NOT do stairs. I booked online and did not see the option so call. The continental breakfast from 7-10 am did not happen and they put coffee cups in the rooms but no coffee pots or coffee?”

“Clean the staff were amazing. The breakfast is one of the best. Juan is there most mornings with a smile to greet. He made sure guests found everything. Such a great attitude. Everyone in the breakfast area are so busy and so nice, great attitudes. Front desk were helpful. I was there for multiple weeks. They regularly clean the hallways, floors. Great views. This is the best bargain in Lewiston. Whether with family or alone for work.”

“No one to check us on waited 15 mins then they showed up the room door lock was old and had to push hard on handle to get into room the air conditioner was old and noisy not to much cold air came out and the breakfast was nasty the gravey for the biscuit looked like it had sat in there a few days 2 kinds of cereal will a 1/4 milk in jug and they opened at 5:30 and we were there at 6 not much to eat so we packed up and drove down the road for breakfast this place definitely needs better caring……
