“Our beds were clean, towels and bathroom clean. Some deferred maintenance, surfaces could have been wiped down lobby was strange.”

“The room was good but the bed was hard. The staff was helpful. The whole reason why I booked my stay here was because it said the pool was open. Was expecting to be able to jump in the pool and hot tub but the pool was completely drained. The hot tub was warm but the jets seemed like they was only there to move the water around. If you are going to stay here for the pool call to see if the pool is actually open”

“This hotel is amazing! From the breakfast to the quiet rooms. The hotel was packed and never once did I hear a guest or have water pressure issues or temperature at this hotel. Best stay yet! Highly recommend this location.”

“The apartment was very cute and in a great location. Check in/out was very easy. We stayed 2 nights. The family living upstairs was so loud late at night, both nights, unfortunately none of us got a good night sleep and were woken up multiple times.”

“Only good thing about this property is the location. But everything else is so terrible that we would never stay here or recommend anyone to stay here if they have other choices. Let’s start with the lady who checked us in. The most rudest person to be working in a customer service type of industry. She and the hotel management knowingly gave us one of the rooms which had no cold water in the bathroom and nonfunctional shower and toiles. When we found out upon checking in the frond desk……

“Very limited check-in & check-out hours, but Manager did respond to my phone call, and I put my key in a locked box by the front door. No soap or shampoo in the room; fortunately I brought my own. Almost ran out of toilet paper; should have a spare roll if getting low. ”
