This was most likely the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at. So much to say that I don’t even know where to start! Upon check-in, I was told that I owed $347 more for the room, even though I purchased my stay on Expedia and my receipt showed PAID. The guy at the counter was rude and completely unprofessional and unhelpful. I ended up having to call the manager the next day, who wasn’t there, because he left 2 hrs early, but the woman I spoke to corrected the issue.
Got to our room (it was late, so wanted to go straight to bed), the sink clogged up while brushing teeth etc. the bathroom itself was in bad shape, felt dirty and gross. The next morning, I took pictures of dirt on the wall, dirty shower, shower curtain etc. washed those spots myself with a washcloth, and it all came clean. The washcloth was FILTHY! Yuck! So nasty! The only thing good about the room, was the bed was comfortable enough and I slept well. The pool had a tarp over it and was very unpleasant to look at. The tea/coffee has a terrible soapy taste and bad aftertaste. I highly recommend finding other overnight arrangements. I should be PAID for sleeping here in this hot mess!
