"Fantastic stay centrally located in an building steeped in history and glamor. All staff was kind, friendly and many have a history of working there for many years. This place makes me happy. The craftsmanship and architectural details are to be cherished as should the staff. It's 100 year old building and it is in downtown Los Angeles, take that into consideration and don't expect The Four Seasons in Beverley Hills. I would be happy to stay here when next in town. The bar downstairs and food was also solid. "

"Wonderful stay at Sonesta — bed was incredibly comfortable. My room was spotless, thanks to the excellent housekeeper. Transportation was a breeze—Uber pickups and drop-offs were quick and convenient right at the entrance. Overall, I loved my room and would gladly stay here again."

"Great hotel. Check in and check out was quick. The lobby/ restrooms were extremely clean. Our was exceptionally clean as well. Only issue is there was no parking. We paid for the off site location patking garage through the hotel and unfortunately weren't able to use it as the street was closed down. We were unable to get a refund for that parking pass we paid for. "
